Ho'oponopono works is a blog about my journey applying ho'oponopono to my every day life. Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian art of accepting 100% responsibility for every problem and obstacle in your life. By using cleaning tools, you can help erase these memories (which are causing the problems), and become closer to God, through inspiration.
Follow me as I learn the ho'oponopono cleaning tools and the methods as taught by Dr. Hew Len and Joe Vitale, and Mabel Katz and many more.
Well all I can say is life is amazing! For awhile we've been struggling, but it seems like everything is starting to come together.
Life is about cleaning, always being grateful, trying hard not to judge, and following God's road. It's when we resist this, that trouble happens.
All summer we thought my spouse would go to school. But it seemed like everything was against him. He had tons of obstacles. He did have a business idea that was on the back burner of his mind, but it was only on Thanksgiving (Canadian one) that he shared it with me. Instantly my spine tingled when he shared his story. I knew this was his path.
Usually when the path you are trying to take is a struggle, it is the wrong path. When it's God's path everything flows together nicely and easily. I'm not saying you won't get discouraged or frustrated, but it'll happen less and less.
My spouse found the land he needed, he found the tools to build what he needs, and the encouragement. All I can say is there are good people still in the world. There are people willing to help you without taking a penny. There are people who just want to see you succeed and they radiant goodness.
I'm not sure what my path is in life yet, but I am happy my spouse found his. He has been nothing but happy, and all I see around him are people helping him out for next to nothing. I am amazed at God's power.
So all I've been doing is hanging back and cleaning, as this isn't my show, it's his. So for everyone out there, ho'oponopono is great, God is great. Don't have expectations, and just let it go. Talk to your inner child, thank your inner child, and just let it go when it doesn't happen your way. Trust me it's much better what God has in store for you.
Hi, Okay earlier I wrote that I had a miracle day, found out I'm getting a nice bonus from work, and money that was owed to me, finally was paid back.
Well little did I know my day was going to continue to get better. My spouse has had a business idea in his head for awhile, we've just been waiting for the resources to launch it. Yesterday he found out that one of his plans fell through. So to say the least he was a little discouraged. I told him that when one door closes another opens.
The thing about ho'oponopono, have no expectations. He was trying to will something, and no matter what, it wasn't happening. When I told him to let go, I also let go, and today something better happened.
The resource he's been waiting on, finally appeared and it's even better. It's a way better opportunity than the one he was trying to force.
So even if you really want something to happen, you really do, that's you having expectations. You need to just let and go, release it, and amazing things happen. There are still great people in the world, who want to help you and believe in you and trust in you. I am always amazed when I find people like this.
Thank you God, for giving me all these blessings and erasing all these memories! This has just been a great weekend.
I wish I could go more into detail, but as his business is in the start-up phase...you get it.
So remember when you want to erase a memory, you truly need to let go and trust in God, because he has something even bigger and better for you.
Peace begins with me

P.S. This is for the email I got about the cleaning tool with the glasses.
On one of Mabel Katz'steleseminars she teaches how to clean with glasses of water. The glasses can be any colour, at your office, at home, hidden whatever. Fill the glass 3/4 full of tap water. Sit it on your shelf, or wherever. If you have a special concern or memory, write it on a piece of paper and place it under the glass. Change the water whenever you start to feel bad.
Mabel says that this cleaning tool is great for people who are depressed. Apparently our memories go through the water and get cleaned. This is helpful if we are not cleaning all the time, it's a little extra help. I keep two of them going, and change them at least twice a day. If I'm having a really bad day, maybe I'll change them a bit more.
For more cleaning tools, please see my past posts.
Hi Sorry I haven't blogged in awhile, life has gotten hectic. And I know it's inside myself, but I have allowed myself to be stuck in memories for awhile, and it's only recently I've managed to get out of it.
First, let me start off with saying what a horrible week I had. There was a day where everything that possibly could go wrong did. I went home and had a good cry and felt immensely better. I also went to where I keep my 3/4 quarters full water (which I use as a cleaning tool), and saw that one of the glasses was nearly empty. Has anyone experienced this? You know the cleaning tool where you fill a glass of water 3/4 quarters full and leave it out. Than if you feel bad, you are supposed to change the water regularly. The water acts as a cleaning agent for your memories and is great for depressed people.
Well every day I fill up two glasses of water and change them in the morning and at night. That day, I changed the water in the morning and filled it up 3/4 quarters full. When I returned home, after my horrible day, I noticed that one of the glasses of water was almost empty. There was no one else at home, so how did this glass get drained? Was the day so full of memories that the glass was drained of the water cleaning them? I don't know.
I do know that slowly, the week got better, and money started flowing in my life. For the past couple of weeks, things have been tight as I've been waiting for debts to be paid to me. But as of yesterday, and today, money has been flowing in. So now I know things are going to be okay, and my other half can start his business, with the money that is coming in.
So my point is this, sometimes you are going to get start in memories, for a day, maybe a week, maybe longer...the trick is to pull yourself out of it, and remember that everything is inside yourself.
Hi, Sorry I haven't updated my site in a bit, I've been busy with other things. It's funny how fast inspiration stricks you. I can't keep up with all my ideas, and my spouse's.
I thought I would touch on some cleaning tips.
First is strawberries, according to Dr. Hew Len, strawberries are a great way to clean memories. They help us to let go of memories, so by eating them we are cleaning. They are also known to help people with excess weight you want to get rid of. When you eat strawberries you are erasing the weight memories.
Remember though, if you are eating strawberries, to have no expectations, and just to be happy in the now and not to wait. The goal is to be happy now, not yesterday, not ten days from now, now. This is a hard task to live up to. Every day I remind myself, and still I catch myself stuck in memories.
Another great tool, is when you don't feel happy to talk to your inner child. Remember you can teach your inner child to clean, so even though you are not cleaning, they always are. I try to talk to my inner child throughout the day and am always apologizing for being stuck in the memory.
Dr. Hew Len says to say this to your inner child, I love you, I'm sory, thank you, please forgive me. Inner child I don't feel happy, can you please let go, I'm clear that it's just a memory replaying, would you be willing to let it go? Thank you.
Well good luck and remember to always be cleaning.
This weekend in Canada it was Thanksgiving. Everyone visits family and friends and is thankful for everything in their lives. Ours was no exception.
We went to visit the in-laws and had a great time. The weather was 25 c, summer weather! We got to wear shorts and sit outside and just enjoy the beautiful sunshine.
On the Monday, after our two turkey dinners, we decided to give back a little bit to Mother Earth. We went around to our favourite parks and picked up garbage and recyclables. It felt good getting our hands dirty for the environment. And of course we did it expecting nothing in return.
I?ve read about how doing good things, makes you feel good. And it?s true. We picked up garbage and filled three or four garbage bags and we felt really good about it. I know in my past I have probably littered a few times, so by picking some cans and bottles up, I know I?ve made my peace.
So my point is this, when life seems too hectic, get out into nature. Being surrounded by the beautiful fall trees, and the sun is wonderful. Very refreshing. I felt energetic and very at peace. In fact we?ve decided to make it a habit to go clean up the parks. After all if we don?t clean up the garbage, who will? Every bit helps, and I know that I am 100% responsible for all the garbage out there, so I?d better get busy cleaning ? the physical way.
